Why a custom bathroom vanity spec is its own discipline

Spec'ing a custom bathroom vanity for a client is a different exercise than picking a stock product from a catalog. The homeowner needs a specific look, but the walls aren’t square, they’re unsure what their plumbing can accommodate, or they simply can’t find the color that matches their vision. Decision one: the cabinet

For a contemporary single-sink Rectangle top, a single-hole Flusso or Vigo faucet keeps the line clean and the spec simple. For a transitional double-sink, a pair of 8-inch widespread Flusso or Vigo faucets reads classic. Vessel-sink installs want a tall single-hole vessel-style Flusso or Vigo, paired with a Vigo basin.
