Outside the Contiguous U.S.

We are pleased to offer shipping services within the contiguous United States for all our products. While our primary coverage is limited to this area, we understand unique circumstances may arise. If you have a special shipping request for a location outside our normal delivery zone, please contact us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs and find a suitable solution.

Preparing for Furniture Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location. Please refer to the product specifications provided on our website for guidance.

Scheduling Your Delivery

During the checkout process, you will be shown an estimated delivery date. Once your order is shipping soon, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number for reference. This tracking number can be used to track your shipment through our third-party delivery partner.

If you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at clientservices@vanderloc.com within 24 hours of receiving the "Shipping Soon" email. After your item has shipped, delivery dates cannot be adjusted.

If you have special requirements for your delivery, such as a specific drop-off time window, please contact us at clientservices@vanderloc.com, and we will assist you with coordinating these arrangements.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

Our third-party delivery service will deliver your item to a secure location on your property. Please note that delivery does not include moving the item into your home, uncrating, unpacking, or installation services. Once the item has been delivered, it is your responsibility to properly move, unpack, and install the product.

The delivery partner's responsibility ends once the item has been placed at the designated secure location. For further assistance or concerns, contact Vanderloc at clientservices@vanderloc.com.

Items Requiring Professional Assembly & Installation

Delivery professionals are not authorized to move existing furniture, set up electrical equipment, or assemble items. To facilitate delivery, ensure that the space where the furniture or rug will be placed is clear and ready beforehand.

An authorized individual over the age of 18 must be present during the scheduled delivery window to accept the delivery, inspect the item(s), and sign the delivery receipt.
