Is shipping complimentary on all of your items?

We provide free shipping on all vanities, and any vanity top purchased alongside your new custom vanity will also ship for free. Additionally, we offer complimentary shipping on all sample orders.

Which items require a shipping fee?

Shipping fees are applied to any item not being purchased alongside a vanity, with the exception of samples. This includes separately purchased vanity tops, faucets, custom accessories, or any custom items.

Do Trade Partners need to pay for samples?

Trade Partners may be eligible to receive a limited amount of wood finish, paint finish, and stone samples at no cost, please contact our team for further information.

What is your return policy?

At Vanderloc, we offer exceptional quality in every custom-made vanity. Due to their personalized nature, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or doesn't match your order. Please see our full return policy for more information.

We understand that every project has unique needs. That's why we do our best to accommodate custom requests. We can work with any Sherwin Williams paint color, just provide us with the color code. If you have a custom paint color in mind, we're happy to match it once we receive a sample.

How can I become a Trade Partner?

Joining our trade partner program is easy! Just head to our trade partner page, click on register, and follow the steps. You'll need to submit either a W9 or Resale Certificate during the application. We'll review your application within 48 business hours.

Do you have a showroom?

While we don't have a physical showroom as an online retailer, our product specialists are ready to assist you with photos of completed vanities, detailed product specs, and even finish samples.

Can you create a completely custom vanity?

We're thrilled to create a custom design just for you! Our talented design team will collaborate with you to turn your ideas into reality. Pricing for custom vanities will depend on the specific requirements of your project.

Can you measure, install, or make site visits?

Since we operate online, we can't offer on-site visits. But, we'd be glad to suggest trusted trade partners in your area if you need assistance.

Do you repair or have replacement parts for brands other than Vanderloc?

We're currently focused on supporting our own Vanderloc Vanities, so we only offer repairs and replacement parts for those. We apologize that we can't service or provide parts for vanities from other brands at this time.
