Our Coverage

We provide a one-year (1-year) limited warranty from the date of delivery covering the following areas:

• Structural Integrity: Coverage includes the inner and outer casing, drawer boxes, and doors of our vanities.

• Finish Quality: We guarantee the integrity and premium quality of our finishes against manufacturer defects.

• Functional Hardware: All moving parts, including hinges and drawer slides, are protected.

• Decorative Hardware: We cover the finish and hardware threading of all decorative elements, provided they are used with original Vanderloc screws.

• Shipping Protection: We guarantees that your product will arrive free of defects. In the event of transit damage, we will provide replacement components at no additional cost.

Warranty Exclusions

To maintain the longevity of your Vanderloc products, please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

• Contractor & Installation Errors: Damages, scratches, or structural failures caused by improper handling, assembly, or installation by third-party contractors or installers.

• Environmental Factors: Water damage, excessive humidity, fire, or discoloration caused by heat or sun exposure.

• Site Conditions: Damages resulting from general job site conditions during installation or storage.

• Maintenance & Use: Standard household wear and tear or improper cleaning.

• Third-Party Parts: Issues arising from the use of non-Vanderloc hardware.
